Reward Apps Postback

Configure app-specific postback URLs to receive conversion notifications.

Overview

App-level postbacks allow you to set a unique postback URL for each of your apps or websites. When a user completes an offer, we send a server-to-server GET request to your URL with conversion details.

Configuration

  1. Go to your Publisher Dashboard
  2. Open your app and edit settings
  3. Enter your Postback URL
  4. Save changes

Postback URL Format

https://your-domain.com/postback?user={user_id}&txn={transaction_id}&amount={payout}&reward={reward}&status={status}

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are handled automatically on our side: the amount is deducted from your Wallunex balance as soon as the network reverses the conversion (your balance can go negative if it was already paid out). You do not need to report anything to us.

We then send you a chargeback postback so you can remove the reward from your user:

Simplest handling: add the amount as received (it is already negative). If your code subtracts on chargeback, subtract the absolute value — never subtract a negative number.

Status values

Always read {status} on every postback. Credit the user only on approved.

Status Meaning What you should do
approved Conversion accepted — credit the user Add the reward once (dedupe by transaction_id)
chargedback Network / admin reversed the conversion Remove the reward from the user (amount is negative)
rejected / reversed Same as chargeback Treat exactly like chargedback
Example. Approved: ?txn=n2:abc|evt:99&amount=0.50&reward=250&status=approved
Chargeback of the same conversion: ?txn=n2:abc|evt:99-CB&amount=-0.50&reward=-250&status=chargedback — remove 250 points from the user.
